Premium Carbon Fibre Body Kits
Carbon fibre body kits — carbon fiber body kits in US spelling — combine low weight with the visual depth of a woven prepreg finish. Premier Auto Design supplies carbon aero programmes from DRAPTEC and ZACOE for modern performance platforms.
Components are developed per vehicle with consistent weave alignment, so a splitter, side skirt set and diffuser installed together read as one coherent package rather than parts from different suppliers.

Why carbon fibre
Carbon fibre reinforced polymer offers very high stiffness for its weight, which is why it is used for aerodynamic components that need to hold their shape at speed while adding as little mass as possible.
Prepreg carbon laid up under heat and pressure also produces the deep, stable weave and lacquer finish that a moulded plastic component cannot replicate.
Carbon fibre components we supply
- Carbon fibre front splitters and lips
- Carbon fibre side skirts, sill extensions and canards
- Carbon fibre rear diffusers and valances
- Carbon fibre boot spoilers, ducktails and rear wings
- Carbon fibre bonnets and engine covers where offered for the platform
- Carbon fibre mirror caps, grilles and exterior trim
Complete carbon aero packages
ZACOE builds full carbon aero programmes, including widebody conversions for supercars and performance saloons. DRAPTEC focuses on vehicle-specific carbon components for Audi RS, BMW M and Porsche performance models.
Only components genuinely offered for your model can be supplied — availability is confirmed per vehicle and generation at enquiry.
Finish options
Carbon components are typically available in gloss or matte lacquer, with weave direction and pattern varying by manufacturer and part. Where a part is offered in both finishes, we confirm which options are available before order.
Questions & Answers
Carbon Fibre Body Kits — Questions & Answers
- What is a carbon fibre body kit?
- A carbon fibre body kit is a set of exterior aerodynamic components — such as a front splitter, side skirts, diffuser and spoiler — manufactured from carbon fibre reinforced polymer rather than plastic or fibreglass.
- Is carbon fibre lighter than the standard components?
- For an equivalent part, carbon fibre is generally lighter than a comparable metal or moulded plastic component of the same stiffness. The saving on any individual part depends on its size and construction.
- Which carbon fibre brands do you supply?
- DRAPTEC, supplied in the United Kingdom, and ZACOE, supplied across the United Kingdom and Europe. Carbon components also feature within some WALD International programmes.
- Do you spell it carbon fibre or carbon fiber?
- Both refer to the same material. We use the British spelling carbon fibre; carbon fiber is the US spelling.
- Can carbon fibre parts be fitted to a standard car?
- Yes. Most components are designed to bolt to factory mounting points on a standard vehicle, and can be fitted individually or as a full package.
