Premium Alloy Wheels
Premier Auto Design supplies premium alloy wheels for luxury saloons, executive SUVs, performance cars and supercars. Every set is specified around the vehicle it is going on — diameter, width, offset and centre bore first, then the design and the finish.
Our wheel programmes come from Premier Edition and Incurve Wheels Europe, alongside the forged wheel designs supplied within WALD International conversions. Because the wheels are built to order rather than picked from a shelf, they can be matched to factory arches or to a widebody conversion.

What are alloy wheels?
An alloy wheel is a road wheel made from an aluminium alloy rather than pressed steel. The alloy is lighter for a given strength, dissipates heat from the brakes more effectively, and can be machined into far more intricate spoke designs than a steel wheel allows.
Within the alloy wheel category there are three broad manufacturing methods: gravity cast, flow-formed (also called rotary-forged) and fully forged. They differ in how the aluminium grain is worked, which in turn affects weight, strength and price.
Benefits of premium alloy wheels
- Reduced unsprung and rotating mass, which improves steering response and ride quality
- Better brake cooling than a comparable steel wheel
- Spoke architecture and concavity that suit large-diameter luxury and performance fitments
- Custom finishes and hardware that let a set be matched precisely to the vehicle
- Vehicle-specific offsets so wheels sit correctly in the arch without compromise
Performance, luxury and custom wheels
Performance wheels prioritise low weight and structural strength — typically a forged monoblock in a narrow spoke count, sized to clear large brake packages.
Luxury wheels prioritise presence and finish quality: larger diameters, deeper faces, polished or brushed metals, and load ratings appropriate to heavy executive SUVs.
Custom wheels sit across both. A custom order lets you define the size, width, offset, concavity, spoke profile, finish and hardware, which is how most of our Premier Edition and Incurve sets are ordered.
Sizes, widths, offsets and finishes
Wheel diameter and width determine the tyre options available and how the wheel fills the arch. Offset (ET) determines how far the wheel face sits in or out relative to the hub mounting face, and is the single most important number for a clean fitment.
Finishes range from gloss and satin monotones through brushed and polished metals to two-tone combinations with contrasting lips and hardware. Bespoke finishes are available on built-to-order sets.
Available sizes vary by wheel model and by vehicle. Fitment specifications should be confirmed with our team for your exact model, brake package and suspension setup before an order is placed.
Vehicle fitment and applications
We supply wheel fitments across Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lexus, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Range Rover, Rolls-Royce and Toyota platforms.
Each manufacturer page lists the models we regularly supply and which of our brands is genuinely available for that platform.
Questions & Answers
Alloy Wheels — Questions & Answers
- What alloy wheels do you supply?
- We supply premium alloy wheels from Premier Edition and Incurve Wheels Europe, plus the forged wheel designs offered within WALD International styling programmes. These include forged monoblock, multi-piece and flow-formed constructions in bespoke sizes and finishes.
- What is the difference between cast, flow-formed and forged alloy wheels?
- Cast wheels are formed by pouring molten aluminium into a mould. Flow-formed wheels are cast and then have the barrel spun and stretched under pressure, which compacts the grain in the rim area. Forged wheels are machined from a solid billet that has been compressed under very high pressure, giving the highest strength-to-weight ratio of the three.
- What size alloy wheels can I fit to my vehicle?
- That depends on the model, the brake package, the suspension setup and whether the bodywork is standard or converted. We calculate diameter, width and offset per vehicle rather than quoting a universal size, and specifications are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
- Can I order alloy wheels in a bespoke finish?
- Yes. Built-to-order sets can be specified in gloss, satin, matte, brushed, polished or two-tone finishes, with contrasting lips and hardware. The exact options available depend on the wheel model chosen.
- Do you supply wheels outside the UK?
- Premier Edition is supplied worldwide. WALD International, Incurve Wheels Europe and ZACOE are supplied across the United Kingdom and Europe, and DRAPTEC and Dummar Exclusive within the United Kingdom.
